Orders, deliveries, zones and activities — API + ops panel

The problem

The company ran orders, deliveries and day-to-day ops on fragmented
tools — they needed one system usable on the floor and in the office.

The solution

Symfony backend (JWT API) and Vue/PrimeVue frontend: products, orders,
deliveries, zones and activities. Containerised deploy for daily
internal use.

The outcome

One ops system instead of spreadsheets and scattered tools;
processes trackable from order to delivery.

My role

Symfony back-end (JWT API) and Vue/PrimeVue frontend development, with
containerised deploy and handover to the internal team.

How I worked

Autonomous remote delivery with regular alignment to the client’s operational lead.
