You’ve sold a project, the Figma file exists, and development doesn’t
fit in-house — or you have a spike and don’t want to hire. You need
someone who ships, not a second account manager on your client.

The solution

I join as a technical partner, not a mini-agency. You keep the client
relationship, PM and design. I build remotely whatever the project
needs: a site, a CMS, a web app or integrations, from Figma or on
production code. Written estimates, closed scope, async communication.
If the brief changes, we replan — it doesn’t get absorbed in silence.
