The problem

Procedures and docs end up in Notion, Google Docs or chat: out of
control, often outside the EU, hard to search. Confluence charges
per seat; teams need a simple wiki on their own domain.

The solution

Self-hosted BookStack (MIT): books, chapters and pages stay on your
subdomain (e.g. wiki.yourdomain.com). Lighter than Outline (BSL, not
resellable as a service) and Confluence. FullBL install and management,
or assisted self-setup on quote.
